- They are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
For safety reasons, the customer must inform Cape Cruiser in advance if they have any condition that may interfere with participation in a boat trip, including but not limited to:
- Back or spine problems
- Recent surgery
- Pregnancy
- Heart conditions
- Injuries or physical limitations
- Mobility problems
- Any medical condition that may be affected by boat movement or sea conditions
Additional conditions:
- Cape Cruiser reserves the right to refuse participation if a condition may pose a risk to the customer, crew, or other passengers
- Failure to inform the company of any medical condition releases Cape Cruiser from liability for injuries or complications
- Boat tours involve movement, impact with waves, speed, and changing sea conditions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate
8. Changes to Services
Cape Cruiser may change schedules, routes, or activities due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logo, and videos are property of Cape Cruiser and may not be used without permission.
